AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Lithium Complex Racing Grease meets the highest performance standards of the National Lubricating Grease Institute, GC for wheel bearing applications and LB for chassis applications.

Extreme-pressure, moly-fortified. Provides outstanding protection for four wheel drive steering knuckles, spring shackles, heavy equipment pivot joints and other components operating in high-load, low-speed conditions. Offers excellent water washout resistance.

AMSOIL GH Series Heavy Duty EP grease is composed of synthetic base oils and lithium-complex thickeners that provides the film strength, shear resistance, and mechanical stability critical to high load protection. This combination excels in high and low operating temperature ranges by providing excellent oxidation stability, high temperature dropping points and good low temperature torque values and pumping capabilities. AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Grease is compounded with oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, effective oil soluble EP additives and molybdenum disulfide (moly) solid EP additives for all around protection in severe conditions.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease grade #2 is recommended in manual or automatic lubricating systems.

NLGI #2 (GLC) is the preferred choice for medium to high ambient temperatures, sleeve type bushings, high shock loading environments, wet environments and wheel bearings and other automotive applications.

The correct consistency grade of AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease is recommended in heavy and light duty applications found in manufacturing plants, automobiles, agricultural and construction equipment.

These include, but are not limited to, roller bearings, plain bearings, thrust bearings, gears, electric motors, presses, winches, bushings, wheel bearings, chassis lubrication, universal joints, ball joints, tie-rod ends, and steering knuckles. AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Greases are suitable for use up to 350 degrees F. When operating at elevated temperatures, frequent regreasing may be required.

AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Greases are compatible with many other types of greases. However, it is recommended that when changing greases, the equipment be cleaned of the old grease when possible or flushed with a liberal amount of Multi-Purpose Grease while the mechanism is in operation. Closely monitor the system for any inconsistencies. Grease compatibility questions should be referred to your AMSOIL representative or AMSOIL Inc.

AMSOIL GLC multi-purpose, EP grease is qualified against the highest grease standards, NLGI GC (wheel bearing) and LB (chassis), and is designed for multiple use applications. This grease is composed of synthetic base oils and lithium complex thickeners that provide the film strength, shear resistance and mechanical stability required for good grease lubrication. AMSOIL Synthetic AW Series Anti-wear Hydraulic Oils are shear-stable, long-life lubricants based on high-quality synthetic oil technology. These oils are formulated with a premium additive system that inhibits oxidation to prevent acid formation and viscosity increase and inhibit rust and foam (providing smooth hydraulic operation). AW Oils contain a very effective zinc-based anti-wear/antioxidant additive which controls wear in high-speed, high-pressure vane and gear pumps while meeting the lubrication requirements of axial piston pumps with bronze-on-steel metallurgy. AW Oils meet the requirements for Maximum Efficiency Hydraulic Fluid (mehf) and can lower costs and/or increase productivity in mobile equipment by 6 to 15%. Improved pump efficiency can increase hydraulic power, reduce fuel consumption and improve productivity. AMSOIL TBI hydraulic oil is a premium lubricant designed to biodegrade to its natural state when subjected to sunlight, water and microbial activity. Because it is formulated with ashless additives that do not contain heavy metals, TBI has a very low toxicity level.

AMSOIL TBI incorporates very high-quality synthetic base oils that provide thermal stability, even though they are biodegradable. TBI also contains antiwear additives that have been thoroughly tested and qualified against stringent hydraulic oil standards including Denison HF-0, HF-1 and HF-2, Vickers M-2950-S and I-286-S and Cincinnati Milacron P-68 and P-70.
